We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Service:
- Account Data: Name, email address, phone number (optional, for SMS notifications), and authentication credentials
- Content Data: Music files, contracts, financial documents, communications, and other content you upload or create within the platform
- Usage Data: Interaction patterns, feature usage, session duration, and preferences within the CONSPIRE app
- Device Data: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers for push notification delivery
- Workspace Data: Workspace membership, roles, permissions, and collaboration activity
How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: Operating the 17 AI agencies, processing your content through AI models, and providing personalized management recommendations
- Communications: Sending account notifications, security alerts, and optional SMS/push notifications based on your preferences
- Analytics: Understanding usage patterns to improve the Service, fix issues, and develop new features
- Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to your account and workspace
- Legal Compliance: Meeting regulatory requirements and responding to lawful requests from authorities
We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide personalized management services within your CONSPIRE workspace.
SMS/Text Communications
When you opt in to SMS notifications through the CONSPIRE mobile application:
- Phone Number Collection: Your phone number is collected solely for delivering SMS notifications related to your CONSPIRE workspace activity
- Voluntary Opt-In: SMS consent is entirely voluntary and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS in app settings
- No Third-Party Sharing: Your phone number is never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for marketing or any other purpose
- Opt-Out Mechanism: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Your number is immediately added to our phone suppression list. You can re-opt-in through the app at any time
- Phone Suppression List: We maintain a compliance-grade phone suppression list to ensure opted-out numbers never receive messages. This list is checked before every SMS delivery
- Message Content: SMS messages may include studio session reminders, show-day logistics, approval requests, account alerts, and operational notifications generated by CONSPIRE's AI agents
- Policy Engine: All SMS messages are processed through a 16-rule policy engine before delivery. High-risk content undergoes human review
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure, hosting, and message delivery. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data
- Workspace Members: Content and communications are shared within your workspace according to the permissions set by the workspace owner
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CONSPIRE, our users, or the public
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Workspace Isolation: Each workspace's data is logically isolated with row-level security, ensuring one workspace cannot access another's data
- Authentication: Multi-factor authentication is available for all accounts. OAuth 2.0 integration with major identity providers
- Access Controls: Role-based access controls within workspaces. Administrative actions are logged and auditable
- Infrastructure: Hosted on AWS with SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure in the US-East-1 region
While we take extensive precautions, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specific retention periods:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted 30 days after account termination
- Content Data: Retained while your account is active. Available for export for 30 days after account termination, then permanently deleted
- Usage Analytics: Anonymized and aggregated after 12 months. Individual session data deleted after 90 days
- Communication Logs: SMS and email delivery records retained for 12 months for compliance and troubleshooting, then deleted
- Phone Suppression List: Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance with opt-out requests
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service
- Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications, SMS notifications, or push notifications at any time
- Restriction: Request that we limit the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances

Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to the address associated with your account, or through an in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the most recent changes were made.
