Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CONSPIRE platform, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
CONSPIRE AI, Inc. ("CONSPIRE," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Description of Service
CONSPIRE is an AI-powered music management platform designed for independent musicians and their teams. The Service provides access to 17 specialized AI agencies that handle various aspects of music career management, including but not limited to:
- Contract analysis and legal intelligence
- Financial tracking, royalty auditing, and revenue optimization
- Marketing strategy, audience analytics, and content planning
- Operations automation, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Project management and release planning
- Communication management via email and SMS notifications
The Service is accessed through the CONSPIRE mobile application and the TEMPO AI interface. AI-generated analysis and recommendations are provided as decision-support tools and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or tax advice.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
CONSPIRE organizes users into workspaces. Each workspace may have multiple members with different roles and permissions. The workspace owner is responsible for managing membership and access within their workspace.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By opting in to SMS notifications through the CONSPIRE mobile application, you consent to receive text messages from CONSPIRE at the phone number you provide. This section describes the terms of that consent.
- Program Name: CONSPIRE AI Notifications
- Message Types: Studio session reminders, show-day logistics, approval requests, account alerts, and operational notifications
- Frequency: Message frequency varies; up to 50 messages per day depending on your activity and notification preferences
- Opt-In: Consent is provided voluntarily through the SMS Preferences screen in the CONSPIRE mobile app
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You may also disable SMS notifications in the app settings
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@weallconspire.com
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- Carriers: CONSPIRE supports all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- Compliance: CONSPIRE respects all carrier opt-out requests and maintains a phone suppression list for compliance with TCPA and CTIA guidelines
Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS notifications are sent by CONSPIRE's AI agents on behalf of authenticated workspace members and are processed through a policy engine with human review for high-risk content.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, create, or share through the Service, including music files, contracts, financial documents, and communications. By using the Service, you grant CONSPIRE a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
CONSPIRE Platform: The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, design system, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by CONSPIRE AI, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CONSPIRE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
AI-generated analysis, including contract reviews, financial projections, and marketing recommendations, are decision-support tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for legal, financial, or business decisions. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for critical decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSPIRE AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.
CONSPIRE may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or the platform.
Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
